ARH 321 - Early Northern Painting

3 credits C, I
Prerequisites: ARH 102 or 125 and permission of the instructor
The development of panel painting in France and Flanders from 1400 to the early years of the 16th century. Close attention also is paid to miniature painting, engraving, and the beginnings of printing in this period.
