LST 452 - Employment Law

3 credits
Prerequisites: MGT 312, 365 and at least Senior standing; for Business majors only or by permission of the appropriate department chairperson.
The laws, executive orders and political and social factors external to firms which affect their human resources management practices.  Topics include ethics and social responsibility, regulatory issues, EEOC, affirmative action, performance appraisal and discrimination in the workplace.  Cross-listed as MGT452
