ENL 354 - Usability Studies3 credits Prerequisites: ENL 260 Principles and methods for creating user-centered documents. Students learn techniques that professional writers use to research and interpret the needs of their audience to create reader-based documents. Students design and conduct a usability test, analyzing specific documents (print and online) from a user’s perspective. Students also use a variety of tools to write, design, and test documents.
