The purpose of the Decision and Information Science program is to prepare students for careers in the application of decision models and  information technology that solve business problems and explore new business opportunities.

The Department of Decision and Information Sciences offers two major programs leading to the Bachelor of Science Degree: Operations Management and Management Information Systems (MIS). MIS Majors select from options in either E-Commerce/Digital Business or Technology and Management. Operations Majors pick from one of three options: General Operations Management, Services Operations Management, or Supply Chain Management.

 The department also offers minors in Management Information Systems and Operations Management.
