The Department of Management and Marketing offers two major programs leading to a Bachelor of Science degree: Management and Marketing.
The purpose of the Management program is to enable undergraduate management students to understand management concepts and to acquire application skills that will allow them to function creatively, flexibly, and successfully in private or public domestic and global organizations of any size. Management majors pick an option in either Organizational Leadership or Small Business/Entrepreneurship.
The purpose of the Marketing program is to prepare students for careers in domestic and international marketing with a focus on consumers and acquiring information for decision making.
Other programs in the Department include a Minor in Business Administration (for non-business majors), a Minor in International Business (for non-business majors and business majors), and a minor in Management (for business majors). The minor in Marketing (for business majors) is temporarily closed.
