Adult Nurse Practitioner Post-Masters Certificate

Registered nurses who already have either an MSN or MS in Nursing from an accredited program may seek entrance to this certificate program. The program meets guidelines of the National Organization for Nurse Practitioner Faculty (NONPF), in providing core and clinical NP courses with over 500 clinical precepted hours. Access to this certificate program is on a space-available basis.
Those completing the Adult Nurse Practitioner Certificate are eligible to sit for the Adult Health Practitioner Examination offered by the American Nurses Credentialling Center.
Due to the sequencing of the courses, the certificate can be completed in 4 semesters. Students must begin in Fall semester to complete in this time.
