MUS 315 - Jazz Theory & Improv II

Studio with Lecture / 3 hours per week
Requirements: Prereqs: MUS 171, 172 and instrumental proficiency
Jazz theory and improvisation, including scales, chord structures, progression patterns, rhythmic fluency, form, and spontaneous creativity. Theoretical studies are put into practice through performance.
