Leadership and Civic Engagement Minor

The Minor in Leadership and Civic Engagement is designed for any student whose objective is to practice leadership on our campus and in our community. The Minor in Leadership and Civic Engagement will complement any major. It will also offer the opportunity to distinguish oneself from others on campus and in the marketplace upon graduation. Most importantly, it will give you the opportunity to effect positive change in our community.
Students eligible to declare the minor must have a minimum overall GPA of 3.0 and must have completed 24 credits.
Requirements of the minor are met by completing the seven courses outlined below with a minimum GPA of 2.5 in the seven courses.
A minor must be completed at the time of the degree and will be so noted on the student’s transcript. A student cannot be readmitted to the University to complete only a minor.
