POL 351 - Public Policy in America

3 credits
Prerequisites: PSC 101 and upper-division standing
The policy-making roles, processes, and dynamics of U.S. political institutions, including the federal bureaucracy, media, think tanks, and universities. Major theme and dynamics examined include: governmental secrecy, covert action, the role of scientific experts, and the right to privacy. Cross-listed as PSC 315
