PSY 594 - Seminar in Professional and Ethical Issues

This course provides a fundamental background in the important area of professional and ethical issues in the field of clinical psychology. It also serves as a preparatory review for the oral clinical comprehensive requirement. The course is largely clinically focused, and the participants are encouraged to bring their actual ethical and clinical concerns from their internship work or other clinical experience. A variety of teaching tools are employed, including: didactic components, reading material, discussion, case presentations, and role plays.
