Molecular and cellular basis of immune phenomena with emphasis on experimental foundations of current models. Differentiation of T and B lymphocytes, cell-cell interactions, antibody structure and function with underlying genetic rearrangements, mechanisms of resistance to disease and immune dysfunction, including AIDS.
