FIN 385 - Applied Capital Budgeting3 credits Prerequisites: MGT 210 and at least junior standing; for business majors only A study of theoretically valid and readily-applied methods of capital budgeting for business and government organizations. Complexities such as risk, timing and measurement problems dealt with only briefly in introductory courses are examined more fully. Capital budgeting considerations in government organizations not presented in the current finance curriculum will be discussed thoroughly.
