MGT 365 - Leading and Managing People

3 credits
Prerequisites: MGT 311 and at least junior standing; for business majors and minors only
A leadership course that focuses on the conceptual foundations and practical skills necessary to effectively manage people. Students will explore various approaches to leadership, and they will practice influence tactics, coaching skills, and other techniques for leading people. Cross-listed as LST 365
