ECO 475 - Healthcare Services Administration and Management

Management of healthcare organizations. This course provides a framework for tackling management challenges in health care organizations with an overview of  health care organization and administration. The role of the management staff, clinicians and support staff is considered. The course explores theories and applications of management systems designed to achieve efficient and effective operations.
