MGT 454 - Employee Relations & Labor Relations Credits 3 Requirements: Prerequisite: MGT 343 This course focuses on gaining a practical understanding of successfully managing factors to promote ongoing, productive relationships between both employer-employees and employer-organizations representing employees. The course also discusses federal laws and regulations affecting employee and labor relations, and the methodologies for gauging organizational climate and employee relations, with emphasis on assessing employee relations programs as implemented by HR.
