MGT 491 - Strategic Human Resources Management

Requirements: Prerequisite: MGT 355, MGT 454, & MGT 467
This course will show students how to approach the work of HR and execute HR initiatives in a strategic fashion. It will highlight how changes in the environment impact what an HR practitioner does internally in an organization. Working in teams or pairings, students will have the chance to formulate solutions to real-world organizational problems.
