The Department of Accounting and Finance offers two major programs leading to the Bachelor of Science degree: Accounting and Finance. The program in Accounting is designed to prepare graduates for a variety of careers in accounting through a curriculum that emphasizes technical accounting knowledge and the development of analytical, problem solving and computer skills. The Finance program is designed to produce graduates who can apply financial concepts and analytical skills for use in investment analysis and financial planning.
