Leadership and Civic Engagement Minor

The Minor in Leadership and Civic Engagement is designed for any student whose objective is to practice leadership on our campus and in our community. The Minor in Leadership and Civic Engagement will complement any major. It will also offer the opportunity to distinguish oneself from others on campus and in the marketplace upon graduation. Most importantly, it will give you the opportunity to effect positive change in our community.
Requirements of the minor are met by completing the six courses outlined below.
A minor must be completed at the time of the degree and will be so noted on the student’s transcript. A student cannot be readmitted to the University to complete only a minor.

Six (6) credits required. Categories
Twelve (12) credits required; one course from each of the following categories:
Note: In fulfilling the distribution requirements, at least six (6) credits must be at the 300-level or above.
