Foreign Language Teacher Preparation

The Department of Foreign Literature and Languages permits students with a minimum 3.0 cumulative average in their major to engage in the University’s Initial License Program for Teacher Preparation. Students seeking middle and secondary certification must take FLL 524,Theory and Practice of Teaching Foreign Languages, in addition to the required courses offered by the Education Department. Students should see Professor Sandra Rivera for advising.
