Psychology Minor

The Psychology minor provides students a strong foundational understanding of the scientific study of human thoughts and behaviors.
The minor in Psychology may be elected by students majoring in any other field. Students must have a minimum of 24 credits, a minimum cumulative grade point average of 2.0, a minimum major grade point average of 2.5, and grade of C+ or higher in PSY 101 to declare the minor. A minor must be completed at the time of the degree and will be so noted on the student’s transcript. A student cannot be readmitted to the University to complete only a minor.
Students minoring in Psychology will complete 18 credits: 3 foundational courses (9 credits) and 3 upper level electives (9 credits).
