PHL 370 - Latin American Philosophy

3 credits
Examination of the different strands of contemporary thought in Latin American philosophy and their historical roots. Historical periods covered include Pre-Columbian thought, and 19th-Century positivist philosophy. Contemporary issues examined will include race/identity, feminism, and philosophy as literature.
