MGT 365 - Managing People: Theory and Practice

3 credits
Prerequisites: MGT 311 and at least junior standing; for business majors and minors only An examination of the interrelated concepts of motivation and leadership. Students will explore, experientially and theoretically, historical and contemporary theories of supervising, managing, leading, and motivating people in organizational contexts. Specific “real world” tools will be examined for their efficacy in supervising and managing people.
