MGT 431 - Developing and Managing Work Teams

3 credits
Prerequisites: MGT 311, 336, 365 and senior standing; for business majors only
An exploration of the concept of team development in U.S. organizations today. Students will examine the approaches, successes, and failures of team development, and will be required to engage in team management and development efforts as a significant part of the course.
