MGT 445 - Total Quality Improvement

3 credits
Prerequisites: MGT 345 and senior standing; for business majors only
Principles and practices underlying the continuous improvement of quality in the business and non-business enterprise. Particular attention is given to philosophies and methods of managing for quality, and to tools for quality improvement. The instructional approach is highly experiential and interactive, and features contact with quality systems professionals.
